Frank's Big 6

Organization: As a teacher/instructor I found that organizing was the key to my success.  I would organize new game and activities for kids to do everyday as well as invent new ones for them to stay interested.  Organized my school and work schedule without the help of any outside influences.  I organized activities for my players to get good practice in before that week’s scheduled games.

Social Skills: I was the social chairman of my fraternity.  This job entailed planning and dealing with organizations to have functions with.  I would get in contact with sororities social chairman and plan parties and social events together.  I was also the speaker for my works department during my internship, which had me relaying messages to my boss as well as my co-workers.  I was the correspondents for my fraternity and it’s alumni.

Team Building: I have been involved in team sports for about twenty-two years.  It all started when I was five and I have grown into a good team builder ever since.  Along with being a captain of my high school football team and earning all conference in both football and baseball. I’ve coached for six successful seasons at Arcadia High School as a freshman football coach.  I teach basic skills and do team building activities to help build moral and unity of my players.

Sales: I have been a bartender for quite a while.  I work Pussycat Lounge in Scottsdale.  Sales are required to be a good bartender.  Being a bartender is more than just pouring drinks, you need to establish a cliental.  In order to be a good bartender you need to have good sales and by keeping a good cliental and selling tables or bottles of champagne to new or old customers is required.  I have had the highest bar sales for a bartender for the past two years.  I set a record with $5000 this last January.

Telecommunications: When I was working for the City of Scottsdale I was in charge of relaying information from my boss to co-workers and vice versa.  I had to learn and coordinate using all types of communication whether it being phone, text message, email, instant messaging, fax or mail.  I had to learn to do it all and was the main one in charge of communication when it came to my department.

Leadership:  I was involved in supervising for about six years.  I first worked for a home building company where I was in charge of labor force workers that were contracted for the day.  I would give them assignments and tasks for the day as well as monitor their actions I gave guidance and support as well as instructed them on how to do tasks they were unfamiliar with.  I was captain of my high school football team, which enabled me to guide my peers on a competitive level.  I displayed captain like qualities on and off te field with my actions in and outside the classroom.  I was an instructor/teacher for a summer camp, where I taught sports and fitness which had over a 150 children attending each day.
